Who:   Diners looking for a spot with flavor and flair.
What:   Tom Douglas owns numerous restaurants, but Dahlia Lounge is his signature stamp on Seattle's cuisine. The large space with its dark red walls feels simultaneously homey and decadent, as do the dishes. There is an emphasis on Northwest ingredients with a great seafood selection, and everything is prepared with boldness and innovation.
Why:   Dahlia is no wallflower.
