What:   With three locations in Austin you’re bound to end up at a Torchy’s one of these days. Just look for a trailer with dozens of sated and greasy-faced patrons. Green Chile is the way to go unless you came all the way to Texas for a Dirty Sanchez. Fast, relatively cheap and out-of-control good.
Why:   Trailer life doesn’t have to be trashy.
