Who: Foodies who delight in the one-upmanship of trendy dining spots, and whose blog audiences are eager to hear their takes on Jean-Georges's brainchild.

What: Extremely tasty, smallish samples of Asian street market fare (set in…la Alhambra?) that have been jazzed up in order to wow West Villagers out of a little of their disposable income.

Why: Because even if you did have time for a mid-week jaunt to Ho Chi Minh City or the desire to get lost in a bazaar and stumble on life-changing street food, that's hardly a place to hobnob or spot celebs.
