What:   Initially restaurant master Keith McNally set out to create an Italian version of Balthazar, a difficult feat no doubt. But after ironing out some early kinks, he is looking more and more likely to achieve his goal, depending on your definition of "like".
Why:   Because certain things are tried and true, and eating at a McNally joint in NYC is one of them. Oh yeah, and the food is delicious too.
