An extension of 'ino on Bedford Street in Greenwich Village, 'inoteca is owned and operated by Jason Denton of 'ino, Lupa and Otto, Joe Denton, manager of 'ino and Eric Kleinman, former sous chef at Lupa. The restaurant features classic wine bar cuisine with an extensive selection of regional Italian wines. Some of the selections are Frappato from Sicily, Falanghina from Campania and Ribolla Gialla from Fruili.
