Who:   Diners who don't follow a trend -- they set one.
What:   Blue Hill New York is a classy West Village fine dining restaurant set in a former speakeasy. Chef/owner Dan Barber successfully combines the heart of the Berkshire farmland with the cosmopolitan aesthetic of NYC. You will be hard pressed to find a better over all meal in the NYC, but make a reservation!
Why:   A good restaurant usually has a few solid choices on the menu, but a GREAT restaurant has a menu laden with winners.
