What: Across from the fountains at the Bellagio, the Mon Ami Gabi is a perfect date spot. The real draw however is the classic French dishes. The fillet mignon is one of the best, served in a merlot butter reduction that sparkles with flavor. But start with the onion soup au gratin goey that is served with a layer of meleted cheese over the top. This soup steams and glistens by the spoonful.
