Guests are then whisked to the fourth and fifth floors for a view of the city accompanied by great food and drink.
Because it's ultra exclusive, and given the amount of snobbery, the prices are not all that bad. But what's with the lobby sign that says “No Suits.” Is that an attempt at irony?
