What: Founded in 1959, the classy Queen Elizabeth Hotel's Beaver Club is an award-winning restaurant specializing in fine Canadian cuisine. A truly old-school upscale dining room, this is the perfect place to host a private party, get crazy, and let the genteel help clean up after you. With more than 350 wines on the menu and a dress code of “jackets recommended” (no jeans or t-shirts are allowed) enjoy wining and dining in style, along with the players of Montreal's high society.
