Who: Power-servers, bikini oglers, drinkers, sports fans.

What: Each summer during the first weekend in August, thousands flock to the South Bay's Manhattan Beach for the wildest volleyball tournament on the planet. Massive crowds come to watch serious volleyball teams compete in ridiculous costumes. The event even draws professional and Olympic athletes into a week of booze-fueled debauchery.

Why: The beautiful SoCal sun, scantily-clad eye-candy and a carnival atmosphere: It's the biggest beach party of the year!
