Who: Couples who will get engaged within the hour, families celebrating babies, weddings or successful rehab stints.

What: Even mentioning the Marine Room to ladies in relationships creates squealing. "Crashing waves!" "Sunset dinner!" "So romantic!" It's too bad, for irony's sake, that it really is. The Marine Room is more than classy. Its menu, wine list and overall vibe make it one of San Diego's signature restaurants.
