How do I claim my business?
Click on "Claim Your Business" in the site footer or “Is this your business?” in the business profile to claim your business. First, select one of our packages. Then, follow the easy steps to claim your business on InTheMO.
Can I claim more than one business?
If you own more than one business, you can certainly claim them all. Just follow the steps listed in the “How do I claim my business?” help topic to claim your businesses.
What is the Web Monitor?
The Web Monitor scours the Internet for any mention of your business and displays it all on your Business Dashboard; this includes blogs, web posts and websites across the web.
What is Activity Analysis?
Activity Analysis breaks down stats about every person that visits your profile. All this information is presented to you in a dynamic graph format, including profile views, video views, Recs, comments, “Who, What, Whys,” photos and links.
My business was claimed by someone else.
If another person claimed your business, please contact Customer Support through our “Contact” page. Please provide us with the name of the business in question and your role within the company. One of our representatives will contact you right away.
How do I deal with inappropriate posts/content?
If inappropriate content is frequently posted to your business profile, please contact us using the "Contact" button in the site footer. Explain the problem that you are experiencing, and our staff will review the issue and take the appropriate action.
There is incorrect information on my business profile.
If you have incorrect information on your business profile, and you have claimed your business, you can go edit this in your Business Settings. Click the “Business Settings” button on the top-right of your Business Dashboard page. Then click the “Business Information” tab. Here, you can add and correct information about your business.
I found a problem.
If you find any issue, please click on the “Feedback” link in the footer. We appreciate any and all feedback, especially if you discover a problem that is affecting your experience on the site.
